What is my withdrawal period?
You have 14 days after receiving the order to request a return.
Damaged or incomplete products without their packaging and labels of origins will not be refunded. We recommend that you choose a trackable delivery service, so that you can trace your package at any time.
Any return, beyond this time and whatever is the reason, will be refused.
Can I change the size or colour of the item instead of returning it?
If you want to change an item of your order, please return your items for a refund. We kindly invite you to place a new order with the items you want to have. If the size or the colour is not available, do not hesitate to contact our client service.
How do I return an item?
1. Create your return authorization within 14 days of receiving your order on your Weill.com account.
2. In the «My Orders» section, click on the concerned order and select the article(s) to be returned. Indicate your reason for return and validate.
3. In the «My Returns» section of your account, print your return receipt and place it in the return box.
4. Return your order in a perfect state; unworn and complete (including labels, garment covers and hangers) by a tracked service to the following address:

Failure to observe the WEILL returns procedure described above may lead to your return being refused.
Can I return items to a WEILL boutique?
Returns, exchanges or C.O.D returns cannot be made to a WEILL boutique.
Does a return involve costs for the customer?
The costs and risks incurred in returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you guard against risks by sending your returns by registered delivery.
Items which are returned incomplete, soiled, damaged or without their original packaging and labels will not be refunded.
When will I get my refund back?
For all approved returns, refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the returns package. Refunds are issued to the credit card used to pay for the order and the amount refunded is that of the initial price paid for the item(s).
The value date of the credited amount depends on the customer's card agreement. In the event of issues with the value date, customers should check that WEILL has processed the refund and then contact their bank.
